Cloud reviews that end in a decision.
Three fixed-scope reviews across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Each one ends in a document your engineers can act on.
We will tell you not to migrate.
- If the current design holds, we say so in writing.
- We hold no partner tier with AWS, Microsoft or Google.
- No reseller margin sits behind the recommendation.
Pick the one that matches the trigger.
Architecture when the design is in question. Security when someone is asking. Cost when the bill moved.
Cloud architecture review
A migration, a scale limit or an outage put the architecture in question. We review it and write down the decisions.

A customer questionnaire, an auditor, or something you saw in the console. This is the review to do first.

The bill went up and nobody can say why. We produce a ledger your team can work through.

Each platform page names its own services and the ways they go wrong.
AWS
An AWS estate that grew faster than its guardrails. We review it and write the fixes down.
Explore AWS 02Azure
An Azure tenant where identity grew by exception. We review it and write the fixes down.
Explore Azure 03Google Cloud
A Google Cloud organisation where projects outgrew the policy. We review it and write the fixes down.

- Findings register: severity, effort, owner.
- Decision records: the option chosen and the one rejected.
- Cost ledger: monthly value, effort and owner per saving.
Practical answers.
Do you resell AWS, Azure or Google Cloud?
No. We hold no partner tier with Amazon, Microsoft or Google, and no reseller margin sits behind anything we recommend. That is deliberate, because a cost review from a reseller has an obvious conflict.
Will you just tell us to migrate?
Often the opposite. If the current design holds we say so in writing, and a decision record explains why the alternative was rejected. Recommending a rebuild is the easiest way for a consultancy to bill and the easiest way to be wrong.
Do you need production access?
Read-only access is enough for most of a review. Where a finding cannot be confirmed read-only we ask separately, in writing, and record what was granted.
Which review do we need first?
Follow the trigger. Architecture review when the design is in question. Security review when a customer or auditor is asking. Cost review when the bill moved and nobody can explain it.
Not sure which review you need?
Tell us what moved: the design, the bill, or a customer question. We will name the right starting point.
